KYC unlocks withdrawals. From Verification upload:
- a government ID (national ID, passport or driving licence) — front and back,
- a selfie holding the ID.
Photos must be sharp, uncropped and match the name and address on your profile. Reviews usually take up to 48 hours; you are notified either way. Documents are stored privately and only visible to our review team.
