Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GigBD. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information, including your country of residence, which determines task eligibility.

2. Wallet

Your wallet has two balances. The Spendable balance holds deposits and can only be used to fund campaigns; it is never withdrawable. The Earned balance holds payments for approved work and referral commissions and can be withdrawn after identity verification.

3. Campaigns, tasks and submissions

Buyers must describe tasks honestly and review submissions in good faith within the review window; unreviewed submissions are approved automatically. Freelancers must complete tasks exactly as instructed and submit genuine proof. Fraudulent proof, bots, multiple accounts or manipulated screenshots lead to account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4. Fees

A platform fee is added to each campaign budget at the time of posting. Withdrawals may carry a processing fee. Current rates are shown before you confirm any action.

5. Prohibited tasks

Tasks that require illegal activity, hate, harassment, credential sharing, fake reviews of regulated products, or anything that violates a third-party platform's terms may be rejected or removed.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Legitimate earned balances of suspended accounts are handled case by case through support.
