Privacy Policy

GigBD collects only what is needed to run the marketplace.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, country, password (hashed).
• Profile data you choose to add (nickname, bio, languages, avatar).
• Wallet activity: deposits, earnings, withdrawals and the payout details you provide.
• Identity documents submitted for KYC, stored privately and visible only to you and our verification staff.
• Task submissions, including screenshots, shared with the buyer of that job.

How we use it

To operate your account, match you with eligible jobs, process payments, prevent fraud and send transactional notifications you can control in Settings.

Your rights

You can edit your profile at any time and delete your account from Settings once you have no open jobs, pending submissions, pending withdrawals or remaining balance. Financial records are retained as required for audit.
